The Tuesday plenary at #UKIO2024 was a panel on health inequalities featuring Leeanne Adu, Rachel Clarke & Darren McGarvey

#UKIO2024 introduced a new initiative called Pitch your Project where candidates pitched to a panel (of unicorns) for £5K funding for a research, audit or service improvement project

The Research hub was back at #UKIO2024 where we hosted 9 research projects who recruited participants from UKIO's multi-professional attendees 📸 Hannah Mornement

The ever-popular hands-on ultrasound sessions were back at #UKIO2024

President of the The Royal College of Radiologists Kath Halliday gave the plenary talk on the final day of #UKIO2024

We're delighted to announce winners of the best ePoster & short paper at #UKIO2024 Best ePoster goes to Ashikin Osman for "Improving MRI screening process for patients with hearing impairment or language differences with the use of an interactive MRI Pictorial Screening App"

And the prize for best proffered paper at #UKIO2024 goes to Naman Julka-Anderson (he/him/his) 💙 for his presentation on "Equity in radiotherapy skin care assessment". We received a record number of abstracts to UKIO so congratulations to Naman for this achievement
