When Claire’s son caught #RSV last year, he was very poorly & it was a distressing time for them both. She didn't want to go through that again, so took up the RSV vaccine when offered. Not only will it help protect her unborn baby, it'll help reduce the risk to her older child.

Measles spreads easily. Anyone who is not vaccinated can catch it. Measles can cause serious complications and can be fatal, so make sure you’re up to date with #MMR vaccinations and ask your GP practice about catch up jabs if needed.

Diarrhoea & vomiting bugs can spread easily – but simple actions can help to avoid infecting others, including washing your hands regularly with soap and warm water, and avoiding going to work or school, or preparing food for others until 48 hours after your symptoms clear.
