Well done Ladies! 👏💪 Volleyball England National Cup Round One? Completed it ✅ 3-0 win against Darkstar Volleyball for the Ladies. Being knocked out by the team in last years tournament, they have bounced back with a vengeance. Bring on Round 2!

The UKAF Volleyball Men’s team Ukaf men play division 2 Norwich volleyball club tomorrow at RAF College Cranwell. Games start. 1130 for 1200. All welcome to go down to the gym and give them a big cheer. Good luck lads!
