Many thanks to ITQ (UPV-CSIC) for hosting me and providing the opportunity to give a seminar. It has been a fantastic experience spending time at ITQ!

The UH_RimerGroup members are well represented at the Gordon Research Conferences on Biomineralization. Congratulations to Dipayan for his GRS talk and Vraj for being selected to give a GRC talk.

Congratulations to UH_RimerGroup member Dipayan Chakraborty for winning this American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) graduate student award for his research on cholesterol crystallization. He also was selected to present his work at two recent Gordon Research Seminars. Fantastic job, Dipayan!

It was an amazing evening at the Catalysis Club of Philadelphia event last week where I received the 2024 CCP Award. It was wonderful to see former/current Lobo Group members, as well as four previous award winners. Also had the chance to see UH Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering alumni!

Having a great start to the 25th Larson Workshop in Boston. Sharing a drink with N. Kotov, V. Molinero, B. Kahr, P. Vekilov, and O. Farha. MOFia on 🔥, Peter Vekilov, Kotov Group 🇺🇦

Many thanks to all the attendees of TEXPEC-2024 (texpec2024.com) hosted at University of Houston. A weekend filled with amazing talks and posters, which made it a big success. Looking forward to next year's conference in Dallas!

Congratulations to UH Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering graduate student, Jaeyul Kim, for winning one of the poster awards at the TEXPEC-2024 conference held at University of Houston. If you are interested in reading more about his work, it was just published: pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…

Congratulations to Jaeyul Kim (UH Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering) for winning a The Welch Foundation poster award!

It has been a fun week at the #AIChEAnnual Meeting in San Diego. There were many UH Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering graduate students who received awards for their presentations! Also, congratulations to Mike Harold for receiving the R.H. Wilhelm Award in Chemical Reaction Engineering!

Congratulations to UH_RimerGroup member Vraj Chauhan for winning the Audience Choice Award in the #AIChEAnnual 3MT competition.
