Welcome to Our New FY2 Doctors! We are thrilled to welcome three FY2 doctors: Sam, Jia, and Macky! Over the next 12 months, they will be enriching our QI team with fresh perspectives, dedicating 1-3 days a week alongside their critical work in ITU, ED, and Primary Care UHNM NHS Trust 🏥

It was lovely to support today’s Data Quality Meeting, where they introduced the new Driver Metric to directorate representatives across the trust. They started co-producing their A3 improvement, beginning a collaborative journey to enhance data quality UHNM NHS Trust 🏥

Today, some of our executive colleagues held their first Improvement Huddle. They utilized the Improvement tickets gathered from our staff, patients & volunteers during National QI Week. There were some excellent discussions & valuable insights shared!
