UPDATE FOR JANUARY 23 The University of Georgia will delay opening on Thursday, January 23 until 10 a.m. The first in-person class for students will begin at 11:10 a.m.   All UGA Dining Services halls are scheduled to open at 8 a.m., and UGA TPS service will begin at 10 a.m.
