Conrado has been cutting lettuce for 30 years in the Salinas CA area. He works 8-10 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. He shares that it is hard work because he has to bend down all day long. In a 10 hour work day his crew of 38 cuts 1600 to 1800 boxes of romaine hearts. #WeFeedYou

Farm workers in Atwater CA are starting their day of planting sweet potatoes. They earn minimum wage, working no more than 40 hours a week, making it difficult to support thier families. #WeFeedYou
Ludi is replanting grape vines in Petaluma CA. She work 9 hours a day and shares, 'It's hard work. It's hot outside. We dig with a shovel to make the hole to plant the vine. The earth is very hard and my hands hurt a lot due to the effort.' #WeFeedYou
Ruben has been a farm worker for several years in Castroville CA. He works year round, 6 days a week, peparing the soil, spraying pesticides, irrigating, and more. Some of his tools are in this cart, such as shovels, gloves, pipes as well as his daily lunch and water. #WeFeedYou
