Safeway/Albertsons talking points were leaked today 👀

And very big news here. Turns out Kroger and Albertsons used a “no poach” to crush worker power during UFCW Local 7’s important strike in 2022. Towards Justice has been proud to stand with the union in calling for FTC and AG action. This is a bold and hugely important step.

Colorado has sued to block the merger of grocery giants Kroger and Albertsons.

While the deal is still under review, this is a big step towards stopping a merger that would have terrible consequences for both shoppers and store employees.

Here's why the merger is a rotten egg.
