Great presentation by Dr.Mei showing that US is a reliable modality for assessing IBD activity with improved accuracy and sensitivity compared to CRP but should be interpreted with caution in patients w/BMI > 29, associated with ⬇️ IUS visibility in small bowel and right colon.
