1/ Yesterday, DeFi Education Fund filed a reply brief in the Ooki DAO case, challenging the CFTC's improper attempt to serve a DAO via forum post and chat box. In short, the CFTC is pushing a nonsensical theory of DAO liability in court. We say why it's wrong. ๐Ÿงต drive.google.com/file/d/1Czh3wnโ€ฆ

FTX wasn't a crypto problem, it was a criminal problem. A tale as old as time: a con man tricks unsuspecting victims into giving him their money under the guise of his high morals and trustworthy character, and then runs off with the funds. This has nothing to do with crypto.

When I was twenty-one years old, fresh out of college and about to start my first job, my father gave me a handwritten list of instructions. Here are my dad's rules:

Maxine Waters SBF Hey Maxine Waters, we'd like to be treated nicely by the government the way criminals like SBF are. Can you let us know how much to write a check for and where to send it? Feel free to DM if you want to keep this private.

to be taken seriously in any kind of policy discussion with normie lawyers/politicians etc, you need to know: 1. what is "decentralization" / why is it good? 2. what is "autonomy" / why is it good? 3. which systems are decentralized? 4. which systems are autonomous?

At the risk of stating the obvious, there are 15m Jews on the planet, about 8m of them in Israel. That is 15m out of 8b people in the world. How do you explain the absolute obsession with the Jews and its one and only microscopic state without using the word antisemitism? Why
