Having spent 3.5 hrs trying to get my internet working I’ve given up and closed the shop for today. TalkTalk Business I’ve rest my router, authenticated my router & I have no idea what more 2 do.

Is anyone able to advise? I paid over £100 in customs fees to Parcelforce Worldwide & the parcel was never delivered is now assumed missing. Parcelforce Worldwide will not refund the customs fees that were paid to them. I’ve been trying to get them back for over a month now, any advice??
