How KFC Nigeria is getting in front of this.Their failure is unbelievable & inexcusable; but their response shows promise & an example to others on managing consumer dissatisfaction. Consumer review (no matter how bad) or feedback is not the enemy, never!

A frank & upfront response. Doesn’t excuse the bad conduct, & should not be a substitute for appropriate consequences, but certainly a mitigation of scale or scope of possible exposure & prevention of future reoccurrence. That sensitivity training for staff is key & crucial.

I welcome FAAN’s timely regulatory action. Consequence is the vital modifier of conduct,both by actor, & others similarly situated or watching. We must strengthen the culture of consumer feedback & review. It’s crucial to making our space a better place.

This is such a sad commentary. For all the effort & advocacy to respect consumer rights,this particular instance required little action that cost very little resource,yet great impact. I am hopeful there’s an explanation that somehow modifies the impression this creates.
