TUMA had an engagement with its 2024 Coordinating Team. This was a familiarization with its administrative structure, and review of 2023 in the bid to maintain standards. The day was wrapped up with a review of the applications received for the 2nd cohort of our mentorship.

We are thrilled to commence another year-long journey. By March 23rd, we’ll be hosting the second session of the 2024 Mentorship Program on Ethical Leadership. This session will be led by Mr. Lamin Fatty, an individual with diverse expertise and experience in leadership.

Meet the Masterminds Behind Our Mentorship Journey: The 2024 Coordinating Team! Ever wonder who curates the magic behind The Ultimate Mentorship Association (TUMA)? They're alumni from our very inaugural mentorship program 2023, recognized for their dedication and leadership.

On 29th June 2024, TUMA held its fifth session on Team Management and Goal Setting, led by Mr. Omar Saibo Camara. The session aimed to equip mentees with leadership and goal-setting skills, addressing challenges and offering solutions, reaffirming TUMA's commitment to guidance.

The Ultimate Mentorship Association will be facilitating a daylong capacity building training at John Pickering Upper Basic and Senior Secondary School tomorrow, 21st July, 2024. This training is part of our TUMA Lead School Trainings intended to develop the capacity of students.
