Back to school is here! WSP has the scoop on school bus traffic safety.

Tumwater FF’s want to clarify that our support of the Tumwater teachers union is from our union to theirs. This support is in no way affiliated with the City of Tumwater. The Support is yielded off duty and is not done on city time, with city money, or with city equipment.

17 years ago our great fire service lost 343 of our members. Today we continue to lose members due to health issues caused by responding to the towers that tragic day. Tumwater Firefighters will never forget those that paid the ultimate sacrifice that day. #neverforget

Yesterday, Tumwater Firefighters spent the morning sizing coats for kids at two local elementary schools. With great support from our community we have been able to raise enough money to put around 600 coats on kids. Coats will be delivered in November. #operationwarm #TOGETHER!
