Ratoath Half Marathon Well done Rita Daly on a great run in the Ratoath Half Marathon. Rita posted 1.36.49 . The race was part of the Athletics Ireland National Half Marathon championships, starting and finishing at the Fairyhouse Racecourse.

Ballyroan 10 mile Well done to the trio - Eimhin Kenny, Garry Whittle and Liam Bryne who supported the Ballyroan 10 mile road race today. Hosted by Ballyroan, Abbeyleix & District A.C. this race is a popular longstanding event in the heart of Co Laois.

CORRIGAN IN GLASGOW. Billy Corrigan traveled to the Emirates Arena, Glasgow on Saturday to race at the Scottish National Open. 60m = 7.21 seconds 200m = 22.80 seconds

DEAN BACK ON THE TRACK. Dean Power competed at the Athletes Live meet on Wednesday at the NIA Abbotstown where he had a decent run, coming 3rd in his heat with a time of 7.12 seconds.

PB for Murphy at Armagh 5k Michael Murphy was in action at the iconic Brooks Armagh 5k last evening where he clocked a superb time of 14.38 taking 6 seconds off his PB for the distance.

James Dunne set a new PB in mile of 4:01.60 in Albuquerque at 5020 feet altitude. Laura Mooney ran 16:19.98 in 5000m in Boston. Chinnie Izuchukwu achieved a new PB of 4:04.19 in the 1500m at the AAI Games in Abbotstown. Great performances all around!

Aaron Keane achieved a new personal best of 21.64 seconds in the 200m at the AAI Games in Abbotstown, nearing Gordon Kennedy's long-standing club record of 21.35 seconds. Emmanuel Ilori ran the 60m in 7.25 seconds, marking a solid start to the year for him. Great job, lads!

The Raheny 5 Mile road race on January 28th saw over 4000 finishers. Michael Murphy placed 10th with a time of 25:10, Killian Nolan finished in time of 26.55, followed by Pauric Ennis in 27.26 and John Lowry in 32.54. Well done all.

In Boston, James Dunne achieved a remarkable feat by breaking the 4-minute Mile barrier with a time of 3.57.26, but also surpassed a longstanding Tullamore Harriers club record set by Martin Flynn in 1987 (4.00.08). He also set new record for Adams state University.

Coaching these TMH U18 girls with Ray the last 3 years. All paying off with the Leinster 4x100 title & CBP in 23, onto the nationals but a tiny error in the final took us out of contention. All learned,took it on the chin & bounced back to take the All Ire Indoor 4x200title today
