If you find yourself in trouble in water, you can help yourself get to safety by learning to float. Floating minimises your risk of gasping uncontrollably & breathing in water, which can quickly lead to drowning. More: rb.gy/6yvvh WaterSafetyScotland #DrowningPrevention
