Found what I think is a Gorse Shieldbug today on gorse @troopershill Bristol Parks It was determined to only show its underside for a while; I thought would have to identify it from that. No websites seem to show shieldbug undersides. Is there a reason for this Tristan Bantock ?

Gentleshaw Common looks very like Troopers Hill Local Nature Reserve. Could Nomada fusca be here? First, we need to look for the host Andrena fucata in mid-May which is not among the 85 bee species that have been recorded here yet
