Just in: Under the leadership of Netherlands Embassy in Kenya supported by Denmark in Kenya & European Union In Kenya TradeMark Africa with 🇰🇪 Gov't & Private Sector has kicked off plans to shift transport of fresh exports from Air to Sea. This is the first major move by 🇰🇪 towards the green shift in exports.

Success of the plans will enable 🇰🇪2 shift exporting 50% of horticulture produce 4rm air 2 sea in the next 10 years. Several large companies have started to use sea freight for the export of flower, vegetables & fruits. The sector is now aiming 4 a transformative & larger shift.
