I got reminded why I abandoned working on Phenac City a while ago. This song is a nightmare to sync with its 3 tempo changes and triplets everywhere. And that's *before* you even consider that's just incredibly difficult to make work in chiptune for obvious reasons.

You know what. This isn't sounding terrible at all! I mean, it's not the best song of the soundtrack by a mile... or ten... but it's totally passable. And the tempo changes weren't too painful in the end.
