SCCM guidelines review - steroids in septic shock, ARDS, CAP:

-suggest HC 200mg/d + fludro 50mcg/d X 7d in septic shock (avoid higher doses)
-suggest steroids in adult ARDS pts
-recommend steroids in hospitalized adult pts with severe CAP🫁
