Being selective in conservation efforts and ignoring certain issues which you have little or no control over is a coping mechanism

Adopting alternative approaches & pouring your energy into those is how you stop yourself from burning out. I’ve been officially working in the conservation field for 4 years now and this is one of the most important things that I have learnt.
