Be where you’re supposed to be when you’re supposed to be there. Even if it only happens 3x in 11 years. It doesn’t matter until it does.

High school students don’t need a (insert sport) specific program. Every single teenager should be squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, unilateral training, jumping, sprinting, and changing directions/speeds. Anytime someone pushes a “specific” program for youth, it’s 👁️wash.

Willard falls 2-1 to West Plains to finish the season 29-9. The 9 seniors we are graduating are great players and even better people. Really wish we could have had a few more days together. Regardless of tonight’s result, I am so proud of everything they have accomplished.

Wow! OSU Cowboy Baseball's Brock Thompson hits a walk-off, two-run homer to eliminate top-seeded Georgia from the Athens Regional, 11-9. What a game between the Pokes and Bulldogs. Georgia is the first Top 8 seed to be eliminated.

Year 4 of our Summer MS Strength and Speed program and we had the highest turn out yet. Each year we have averaged more kids than the previous and we’re looking to keep building!
