Mental Tip: One bad AB or game doesn’t mean your swing is broken. Every failure doesn’t have to cause a chain reaction. Bad AB ➡️ change stance, bad AB ➡️ change hands, bad AB ➡️ get foot down early, bad AB ➡️ change rhythm, etc… 4 changes later, it’s no longer YOUR swing.

This is an under rated tweet. To be fair he called this in the first inning when he saw Pivetta was pitching different than his normal mix. Looked up the numbers on Pivetta, the Cubs against breaking pitches, and all this after looking at a random Elite player’sTrackman data.
