Just raging. Saw a particular trust announcing they are installing gender free toilet (which is amazing), to then see someone write “I hope there are regular loos” then someone replied assuming from the trust saying yes. With no correction from them. Trans ppl are regular too!!

Just another rage, judging by the sound of my petrol warning light - I just about managed to see my list of patients today and get home. With just 5 miles to spare until pay day.

Plus side, I do enjoy my job, seeing my patients animals really make my day - and yes I had permission to take this photo and yes I had permission to upload it.

At the Princess Anne hospital for a surgical procedure. At first I was scared, considering I am transgender but they have been amazing. The nurses are amazing, anaesthetist was amazing. Name and correct pronouns used at all times. University Hospital Southampton 💙

Someone said to me today, do you wish you were born a boy. I said no and I’ll tell you why. Women are under so much pressure from society. They are treated unequally and they go through so much. So no I wish I wasn’t. Being transgender has made me a huge male feminist

Been a while since I posted. But I am now qualified and loving my new job. Last night I realised how humbled and grateful I am for what I have. Homeless health care is where I belong. I decided to wake up early and reflect at this wonderful cafe

Had a homeless patient attend clinic yesterday. He told me he had a job interview but no one to iron his chef whites. So I took it home washed it and ironed it. Good luck champ! Every one deserves a second chance
