Of all the courts & tribunals in Delhi, I have experienced the most cumbersome, unreliable, complicated, uninformed & non-standardized filing & Registry procedures in NCLT. There's no SOP. The website & online portal aren't of much help either. Encourages rent seeking avenues.

Hamza Lakdawala Lol I saw the main tweet earlier and thought to myself that thank God it's not just us folk in Bangalore suffering. Everything in NCLT is a Schrodingers situation. You just never know till you do and then there are 15836 objections.

Now back to the courts. I have been saying for years that what is happening in Bengaluru is RIDICULOUS. The Karnataka High Court has to put a stop to this. Now you may ask, why can’t the media ignore the gag order. I can tell you TNM’s case

It’s not shocking, he’s just being who he was & is.
Only thing that changed is he switched the language of his speeches from Gujarati in the early 2000s to Hindi now for a national audience.
Oh and this stuff would once bar his US visa, where he now gets a red carpet welcome.
