Welcome to your new MS Society local support group - Greater Manchester South West! We have been formed by merging the former MS Society groups of Trafford & SW Manchester and Salford & District and we will cover Salford, Trafford and SW Manchester.

We are running Tai Chi Qigong classes this autumn from Monday 22 September till Monday 1 December at 2pm via Zoom. Done seated or standing, it combines slow movements, mindful breathing and relaxation. To book your place, please email [email protected] or call 07484 542796.
