We used to have a food bank that provided bags for students to take home on the weekend, but as donations have declined & need has increased, that isn’t happening anymore. I have no idea what I’m doing, but if donations come in, I’ll stuff the bags & make it happen.

👋I’m a high school PE teacher in a low income district in Oklahoma and I’m working on restocking our school wide food pantry. We just had fall break and with the possibility of many families losing their food benefits and Thanksgiving, our pantry will be used more now than ever.

I’m called to middle schoolers and getting them through school with compassion. My kids are starting to love reading! They have snacks and feminine products. They love being in my class(even when they are getting told 100 times to be quiet 🤣) I am so proud of them, me, and you!

This weekend is killing me. Drove kids to see Zootopia2 - apparently I can’t read. It’s not even out yet. My son with autism started crying. Ended up guilt buying him a game. 🤣so here was our weekend outing.
