Heads up to those in the creative industries - you wield significant power when it comes to influencing other people. That’s why it’s crucial that no one continues to take photos on train tracks. Let’s stop the practice today. #itsnotworththeshot #traintrackphotography

Trespassing on rail tracks is illegal, but most importantly it is unsafe. Why?: 🚆Trains travel at up to 100km/h in rural areas and they can approach from either direction 🚆They don’t run to a schedule 🚆A train travelling full speed can take up to 1km to stop #getonboard

Rail accidents take a toll on everyone involved, including our locomotive engineers. Read their stories here: bit.ly/3qb6yPn If you or someone you know is planning a train track shoot, stop them in their tracks. Say NO to train track photography.

While today marks the end of our train track photography campaign, we will continue to share this message and speak out when we see instances of train track photography. It’s illegal, it’s not safe and it’s not worth the shot. #traintrackphotography #getonboard

You know your road rules, and now’s your chance to prove it. The train's already passed through the intersection and the boom gates have lifted—but the lights are still flashing. So is the driver of the green car allowed to go now? #RailSafetyWeek

This Rail Safety Week, TrackSAFE NZ and KiwiRail are helping you meet the legend. And his horse. Wherever rail crossing advice is needed, Stan will be there to share the secrets of his 'Steely Stare’™. Make sure you hone your own Steely Stare whenever you're around the tracks.

Well done ad from TrackSAFE NZ! It demonstrates the target behavior, provides a catchy way to remember what to do, and is entertaining at the same time. #socmar #SocialMarketing youtube.com/watch?v=q-S7J4…

The 2025 campaign message for Rail Safety Week was launched today “Stay Off, Stay Safe — Tracks are for Trains.” We heard from school students in Mt Maunganui, the Mayor of Matamata-Piako and many others who have experienced the devastation when people step inside the rail
