The Coronation of King George took place this evening at Westminster Abbey. Members of the Royal Family, Peerage, and the Church of England were in attendance and paid homage to the King.

The King, accompanied by The Duke of Oxford, has began a holiday in a cottage in County Louth following his attendance at the inauguration of the President of Ireland. His Majesty has not had access to internet or mobile data since leaving Dublin Castle.

As part of the upcoming Independence Day celebrations, the President and a special guest is due to open the new Hillsborough Castle, Co. Down, to the public. The Castle shall be used by the President and general public for a range of events and celebrations in the future.

Hillsborough Castle was officially re-commissioned this evening in a ceremony attended by international guests. To mark the occasion, the Office of Public Works invited Tormentium and the President to speak, with both focusing their remarks on the castle's significant history.
