At #Gridtech2023 I heard Hydrogen Europe say that their #hydrogen project priorities lay on access to site, permits, power PPA, H2 consumers, access to H2 infrastruture and financing. ENTSO-E noted that PtX plants are needed to participate in the balancing of the electricity market
