Earlier this week, I joined The Hard Shoulder to discuss how Canada’s housing crises compares to Ireland’s. Decades of chronic underbuilding has strained supply and driven up costs. To stay competitive, Canada needs to say yes to more rental housing.


Today I had the opportunity to meet Ontario's new Associate Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, Graydon Smith. Purpose-built rentals play a key role in a balanced housing market - FRPO looks forward to working with our government partners to bring new supply online.
