A super night of racing at round 2 of the Millennium League last night with our fabulous swimmers finishing 3rd. That’s a supreme effort from you all, well done 👏👏👏 There was some really gutsy racing & some massive new PBs were swum. Awesome swimming & great team support

A fantastic Para World Swimming Championships debut with a Bronze medal for Iona in SM7 200IM yesterday. She finished in 3rd place behind the World Record holder from the USA and the new European Record Holder from Ukraine 👏👏

A brilliant Para World Champs Silver medal for Iona this morning in the SB7 100m Breaststroke. A new PB, British Record, English Record, South East Regional Record and Kent County Record 👏👏👏 in a time of 1.26.57 Well done Iona 😊

Last night we held the inaugural Pam Mills Memorial Trophy Races (50m Freestyle) in memory of our late President Pam Mills. Congratulations to Scarlet W and Stanley Mc for winning the inaugural races 👏👏👏 Delighted that so many of Pam’s family could join us for the event.
