Good morning, Friday morning my Facebook and Instagram got hacked. I have reached out too Meta Facebook & Instagram about the issues and have yet to hear a response back. There is no real way to get in contact with them. Does anybody have any suggestions?

8hr delay americanair yesterday Indianapolis International Airport (IND), not a bad delay until the last 30 min . Stopped @Hudson_News where after a experience ended with the cashier calling me Bit@h, then when even more names as I waked away . Then called the cops when she realized I was fliming it lol.
