My wild outrageous but least likely prediction for the draft is the Giants select best available WR at 6.

Then trade next years first + to move back up in the first if McCarthy starts to slide.

I do not believe they have any real interest in Penix or Nix.

There is a saying in sports that once a players heart is not in it, the body will soon follow.

Stoll and Manhertz improved the position group blocking wise, now go get a playmaker to group with Bellinger.

Absolutely Dom.

But I do not know what the Giants think of Maye. They already traded a 2nd in this draft for Burns. If you are going to strip the Cupboard, you better do so with conviction.

On the flip side for the Sixers that was about as tough a loss as you can take.

Knicks held serve at home now need to go finish the job off in Philly.

What a huge playoff win for the New York Knickerbokers.

Erasing a 5 point lead with less than 30 seconds left was just flat out garden magic.

And the Knicks did it with Brunson struggling. DiVincenzo let em hung to end that game 💰

2-0.

The worst feeling in the world is when you are quiet about your struggles, and the people you think care don’t even bother to check in on you.

Even worse when they don’t even notice.

Always check in on others no matter what. You never know what someone might be going through.

I will be the first one to stand up and say the Giants decision makers made Jones chances to succeed in NY an uphill battle from Day 1.

But what I saw last season was a beaten, battered, and bruised QB. And I am not just talking about injuries.

I know it was a small sample size

And for the record I am still in on JJ McCarthy. Reportedly so is Joe Schoen.

Trading up to draft him presents its own challenges though.

Can Joe Schoen still improve on one of the worst offenses in the NFL with just a couple of picks?

Vikings already have Jefferson and

This is the most draft exhausted I have ever been. I actually had to take a 10 day break.

Partially also because the Giants are in a frustrating spot.

But I’m back.

Now let’s see Schoen come out of this draft with a QB, CB, and difference maker at WR.

Not me.

I was fully on board with the Jones contract and subsequent tag of Barkley.

The boogeyman scenario of Jones not only playing poorly but suffering a devastating injury came true.

The likelihood of him playing well and/or staying healthy is minimal at this point.

Knicks bench came through clutch in both halves.

They also matched the physicality of Philly step for step.

What a game.

1-0.

People confuse need for need for development far too often.

Yes the Giants roster has needs but the biggest “need” is for the coaching staff to maximize the current young talent.

Stacking high draft picks on top of each other in the same position group just leads to more actual
