Loved #TheUnicornPlay last night. First visit to Arcola Theatre and v impressed! Lamb deserves the accolades. Brennan’s direction is sharp and Potter has written a truly captivating script that flys by in an hour. Favourite thing I’ve seen this year so far? Quite possibly!

Also - increasingly no other viable venues for small scale new writing (specifically). Where else do we test-drive and kickstart plays that aren’t ready to go straight into a 3 week 30k+ run? And how do we get the 3 week £30k+ runs without them?
