One of my all time favorite books is James Clavell’s “Shogun.” The series currently running on FX (streaming on Hulu) is fantastic. Mostly in Japanese with subtitles, it brings the book to life in a beautiful, dramatic authentic way. Acting and writing is terrific. Just great.

Highly recommend Apple’s “Masters of the Air” series. This factually based story of the 100th bomber group (B-17 Flying Fortress) in WWII, beautifully produced by Steven Spielberg, is compelling and, at times, gut wrenching. Austin Butler and Callum Turner lead a terrific cast.

UConn-Purdue averaged 14.8M viewers (up from 14.69M in last years championship). The women’s championship btw Iowa and South Carolina has 18.7M. The Caitlin Clark effect was very real.
