Not sure who needs to hear this, but for those that do, Signed and Reputable doesn't mean, can't be used for malicious purposes.

Keeping track of changes is important. Documenting even more so! If you ever need to revert a change and you haven't documented why you made the update in the first place...even more important when there's multiple people involved.

That's why it's so important to implement WDAC and moving from fire fighting reactive mode to proactive mode because you only trust known good software.
