But if cities are doing well, meaning they are properly funded, it’s hard to turn an electorate to another path.

Another thing to do is public undermine cities like Edmonton over and over again using the news cycle to put out things that cause confusion, anger, and doubt.

Well, considering this current government has been very open about their concerns we all know they would like to create conditions for more UCP-styled municipal councils.

This isn’t a secret, they’ve already telegraphed it.
