The SCVAL's two Santa Clara teams continue to win and advance to the finals. D-II: Hollister and Wilcox, Saturday 5pm at Excite Ballpark. D-IV: St. Francis (Watsonville) and Santa Clara, Friday 4pm at Santa Clara University.

Santa Clara takes the Division IV crown with an 8-0 win over St. Francis (Watsonville) on Friday afternoon.

Wilcox fell 3-0 to Hollister in the Division II championship game on Saturday afternoon.

Two SCVAL teams made the 2025 CIF NorCal Baseball Championships. Los Gatos is the #7 seed in Division I and will travel to Elk Grove on Tuesday to play #2 Franklin. Santa Clara is the #3 seed in Division IV and will host #6 Oakland Tech on Tuesday.

In a resumption of Thursday's semifinal game, Menlo defeated Woodland Christian 15-11 and will meet Santa Clara in the championship game at Santa Clara at 3:00pm on Saturday.

Santa Clara, the last SCVAL team standing, came of short in a 2-1 loss to Menlo Saturday in the Div-IV championship game in the 2025 CIF NorCal Baseball Championships.

The 2025 El Camino All League honors for 2025 were were posted and there is nothing for Cupertino. Nobody on first team, nobody on second team and no honorable mentions. Not sure I've seen a shutout before.

Per the school's website, Eddy Puga will take over as head coach of the Pioneers this spring. The 2013 Fremont grad was a four year starter in high school before continuing on to Cabrillo College where he earned All Conference honors.

2026 El Camino schedule just released. Two big changes next year: (1) The EC expands from seven to eight teams with Milpitas coming down, but Santa Clara not going up. (2) League play drops from three games against league opponents to two.
