Their Majesties, the King and Queen of Denmark, have concluded their visit to the Faroe Islands 🇫🇴 The second day was spent in Suðuroy, while the final day took place in Eiði - see highlights below.

This week 🇫🇴 FM Stenberg received formal approval from 🇧🇷 Secretary of Commerce & International Relations Luis Rua, recognising the Faroe Islands as a food-producing country & officially approving the Faroese Food Authority. This paves the way for Faroese fish exports to Brazil🤝

Today, the PMs from 🇫🇴🇬🇱🇩🇰 gathered in the Faroe Islands to discuss cooperation and current political and economical developments. The meetings continue tomorrow with more representatives from all three governments.

🇫🇴🇳🇴Today, FM Sirið Stenberg met with the Ambassador of Norway in Copenhagen, Katja Christina Nordgaard, who is visiting the Faroe Islands. They discussed areas of common interest and explored ways to further strengthen the good relations.
