NDAs are not appropriate in many sexual harassment cases (see publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201719/cm…) but our experience is that some victims want confidentiality. We agree with James Laddie KC QC that is important not to throw the baby out with the bath water.

That said, employment rights have been eroded too far - The Women & Equalities Committee of the House of Commons got that right. Lets hope that the next government is listening.
