The Mystery of Mr E is now available on Amazon Prime in the UK If you like the idea of a family-friendly murder mystery musical, check this out! You can see me as hapless headmaster Mr Friend. It was really fun filming this with a great cast and crew!

I loved The Substance - gloriously gross and packed with references to classic horror movies, from Society to The Shining and Carrie, it was also a surprisingly traditional fable and not without a dark sense of twisted humour

Recently read The Hollow (2nd-hand bookshop find). I’ve seen the TV version, but for once I didn’t remember whodunnit… I think Christie’s writing here and the character psychology in particular is exceptional #AgathaChristie

I’m thinking about recording a new voice reel, to try and kickstart my voiceover career… which so far hasn’t really taken off beyond a few self-produced audiobooks. But I’m unsure how worthwhile it is / how much to pay. Any recommendations? #acting #voiceover

The Holy Grail has been found! We've been sitting on this for a couple of weeks: the BBC Archive contacted us about a clip they'd found in the bowels of the archive and wanted to get our reactions and thoughts... it's the long-lost Nationwide clip about THE HEXHAM HEADS! 1/2

If you have not seen the movie Hundreds of Beavers you should seek it out immediately - completely unique and maybe a bit of a masterpiece

Getting new headshots tomorrow. Of course I have nothing suitable to wear (almost everything in my wardrobe is 4+ years old… I don’t really do shopping)

Working my way through Silo on Apple TV and Bodies on Netflix. Both very good so far. But why are the opening titles of so many different series almost exactly the same?

Stepping away from this platform. Such a shame, this used to be a great place for the acting community. Keeping the account active for now, I don’t want to lose all my friends and contacts. You can find me on Instagram, and bsky - timlarkfield
