Bittersweet night. Coach Allnutt’s last night at GCHS, but got to see some former players. Thanks for everything Don Allnutt, Jr. You will be greatly missed. Thanks to all who came and those who chipped in for coach’s gifts.

I don’t normally post personal stuff on here, but my mom passed away yesterday. Prayers are appreciated. Hug your loved ones and let them know you love them.

Doug Gottlieb Evarts HS in Harlan County, KY. (Site of Raylan and Constable Bob’s heroics in Justified.) Built in late 30s IIRC. Covered games here in 90s. Mini-parquet floor. Bench/scorer’s table had feet in-bounds. Baseline was ~18 inches to the wall. Court ~75 feet long. Shootouts common.

We went to Grant Co. for a 7on7 today. Im getting old. I knew this guy when he was real young since I was fortunate to have his dad as a coach, great man. It’s great to see you follow in his footsteps. Thanks for having us Josh Cole. Best of luck!
