The response to The Titan Revenant's cover reveal blew me away! Thanks so much, everyone. I'm glad you like it! Here's the full spread of Joe Requeza's illustration. Honestly in love with the whole thing! #fantasyart #fantasybooks #fantasyillustration

I'm disappointed to report that actually talking about my books on here does, in fact, lead to sales. Unlike my preferred method, which involves hiding in my house and sincerely wishing someone would read my books.

The success of self-published authors come down, at least in part, to a disconnect between what trad publishers, agents, and editors want and acquire, and what readers want to read. They cut out the echo chamber of NYC and going directly to readers.

The prequel novella for my series, The Dragon and The Crow, is now on Kindle Unlimited. Read the story that starts this epic fantasy thriller for free! amazon.com/Knight-Wyrm-Dr…

Dear trad publishers, what do I have to click to get you to stop advertising romantasy to me in your newsletters? You pub a lot of stuff I love. Just not that.

If you've read The Last Dragon Knight, please leave a review. Social proof is one of the most important factors in attracting new readers. Without it, all authors struggle.

Great interview with Daniel over at F&SF Fanatics podcast. I love talking about my deep catalog and the things that motivate me to write the stories I love: youtube.com/watch?v=7t4ll3…

Hey, fellow indie authors: if my math is correct, KU is earning me about $0.004 per page read. That's an insanely bad deal. Does that sound right to other folks?

I also read and loved Dragon Mage and am SO ready for Book 2! All the more as I've had some early glimpses at it... 😏 I'm telling you, you're not ready for this!

Nothing surprising here, except maybe the idea that men read more fantasy than women. I suspect they selected out romantasy in that response. sherwood.news/culture/happy-…
