Chuffed to host colleagues for Teach First Ambassadors Heads Forward Leadership Summit Castle Mead Academy over the next couple of days, so as collectively we can think on how to ‘Disrupt Disadvantage’.

Starting with the fantastic Tom Hague, headteacher at CMA & our host for the day, then on to Emma Steele from Dixons Trinity Academy, Aziza Ajak from Goresbrook School, and Jess Theisinger from Foxborough Primary, it was great to be surrounded by so many people dedicated to change in our schools 🔥

We had our first meal as a Reach Academy Hanworth Park founding team this week. So much excitement amongst such a talented team.

Also begun speaking with our families who’re committed to working with us to build something special.

Opening a school really is a privilege. I feel very lucky.
