Those who made a career out of spreading anti-EU & anti-immigrant propaganda are now warmly embraced by the EU leadership. There is perhaps no better way to undermine EU values and unity.

Greece has been having some of the harshest penalties in the EU when it comes to smuggling.

One-third of the prison population in Greece is convicted for smuggling (statement of the Migration minister).

Anyone still thinks that harsher penalties would reduce smuggling?
