5 years ago I sat down with Joe Rogan to discuss this crazy meat based diet I had been doing for a little over a year! As I begin my 7th year on this diet it is amazing to see how much this has grown and gives me great joy to see the thousands upon thousands of lives improved!

Constantly seeing young men that look like shit. Wearing pajamas, beards unkept, hair covering eyes. Not saying you need put on a suit, but take pride in your physical appearance. Will go further than you think.
