Update on the ticketing situation for Fredericton's Harvest Music Fest Hello, We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience caused to you during the onsale of your event, Harvest Music Festival 2021. We understand that your experience with Ticketpro was very frustrating. 1/4

We want to be fully transparent, and let you know that we are still unsure what happened to cause our site to slow down so much. We take full responsibility and our team is hard at work fixing the problem. 2/4

Our customer service department will soon start contacting those customers who were logged into their Ticketpro account but were forced to abandon their carts, and we will finalize their transactions over the phone. 3/4

We recognize that this will not catch everyone who experienced a problem today, and we apologize for that. We sincerely hope that those individuals will be able to secure tickets during the next onsale. The new onsale date will be announced early next week. Ticketpro 4/4
