Impact’s big summer throwing clinic may be over, but get ready for part 2! Impact will be hosting an indoor winter shot put/discus clinic in January, geared for elementary and middle school athletes ages 9-14! Stay tuned!

This is a drill up I came up with to help keep the left arm “closed” and “wrapped” over the right knee, once the athlete gets into the power position in the discus. Mac is wearing an ankle weight of only 1 lb. on his left wrist, as a reminder. It helped!
