Congrats to TRC alum Kacey Proctor on being selected as the 2026 MCCA Distinguished Alumni Award winner! Judge Proctor graduated from Three Rivers in 2005 with an Associate of Arts degree. He earned a bachelor's from SEMO and a Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University.
